I am writing from MALROAD Company, because we want
to promote our services on the next trade fair. We require a stand of 4 to 6
square meters where we can have 3 exhibitors, 2 manning people and 4 to 5 customers
could occupy the space.
We will send you an agent from the company to
you offices to check the correct presentation of the stand, so when we could
arrange a meeting?
You bulletin said your prices were keen and
competitive in fact of we expect a quotation that our promotion budget can afford,
in what time we could expect it?
It will be great if we can paid the amount in 2
parts one before the event and the other past the event. or the full amount
need to be paid?

Reflection:
from this work I learned that I don't need
to get trustful just because I have practiced English since I was a kid, we
always learn new words, grammar, and other useful points.
I don’t feel
comfortable with the work I am doing, because I know I can make better works.
And get out the idea that this is another english course, this
certification could open me new borders.
