the flying duck suggestion

cost : reduce cost per month
staff: cut the staff we didnt need
expanding business: look for investors
risks: bad managment
advertising/marketing : sponsor over the city



we need to think how we are going to increase our earnings trying to cut costs, you could reduce the
payment to the staff changing some numbers trough all the year, we could continue paying the same to the staff  but in a different way trough all the year, like a bonus each three months as an example.

if we are going to have a big population on the restaurant the kitchen needs to bee quick and efficent, looking for investment sponsors to have a very good publicity over the city and a good selection of the staff.

 Also for reduce risk of a bad managment or bad money movement we need to select good staff or "do it yourself to make it well" also all the earning need to be reinvest with a low limit of 6 months or more to have a really big increase after a year.

the muffler is 2.5 meters long.
the muffler is used to reduce emissions of CO2 also the catalyst is a part of the muffler it have a diameter on the scape tube of 5 inches its thickness of the silencer is 10 inches long, if we turn it vertically we got a height of 2.5 with a maximum width on its dimension of 8 inches.

after having seen the increase rate of accidents on the Assembly Line, the company is forced to take new actions, we need to:


  • give maintenance to the Assembly Line.

HALLOWEEN STORY





it was a cold halloween night on the bus stop in Arriaga "Chiapas" this is the first stop for the big journey of the train called "la bestia" where thousands of inmigrants travels from central america trough the mexican territory looking for the american dream.

that night I arrived the station knowing all the dangers that waits for me, I jump on the wagon behing the machinist say to me: -come here I will fall sleep I need some company.

I walk next to him and I saw his face and he misses one eye with a big beard and a creepy face a big scarf walks trough all his back I get really impressed with this guy.

he started telling me a story about the dangers trough the road where the drug dealers kidnapped the immigrants and use them as gladiators.

I was impressed whit the story when the train stops and I decided to rest en the town, next morning I went to look for the train and it wasn't there I ask to a old woman about the train and she says that it arrives next dat, I say : why? if I take it last night.

she said: that's not possible the night train have 5 years out of the road since the machinist was kidnapped b the drug dealers

Carlos work at Penta Production as a Marketing Director since 2004.
Carlos has worked on ALT international, started as an assistant on 1994 and left the company on 2004 as Marketing Manager.

He studied at Manchester University on 1993 and graduated from his master on 1997 al Leed University.
After he get graduated he start his training on 1994 and started working.
