the flying duck suggestion

cost : reduce cost per month
staff: cut the staff we didnt need
expanding business: look for investors
risks: bad managment
advertising/marketing : sponsor over the city



we need to think how we are going to increase our earnings trying to cut costs, you could reduce the
payment to the staff changing some numbers trough all the year, we could continue paying the same to the staff  but in a different way trough all the year, like a bonus each three months as an example.

if we are going to have a big population on the restaurant the kitchen needs to bee quick and efficent, looking for investment sponsors to have a very good publicity over the city and a good selection of the staff.

 Also for reduce risk of a bad managment or bad money movement we need to select good staff or "do it yourself to make it well" also all the earning need to be reinvest with a low limit of 6 months or more to have a really big increase after a year.
