after having seen the increase rate of accidents on the Assembly Line, the company is forced to take new actions, we need to:

• give maintenance to the Assembly Line.
• Invest in the new safety items.
• give training on Safety values for technicians.
• hire an Eng. mechatronic to increase production.

all the action plan will be seen on the next company meeting.
